Getting acquainted and careful recruitment
Volunteer coordinators Sanne and Lok Ching hold an introductory conversation. Depending on the role, they ask about previous volunteering and check references when needed.
The club requests a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for work with vulnerable groups. Archery Events is registered for the free VOG scheme. The municipality of Leiden encourages a VOG for all volunteers.
